We offer strategic advice and support on school improvement for schools, local authorities/school boards, trusts and national government organisations. We provide operational support for schools seeking to improve and advise governments on how to use inspection and quality assurance to promote improvement.

 

The River Education Services was formed by Adrian Gray, supported by other consultants in England, Europe and China. Although the bulk of our work is in England, we are also interested in supporting other organisations bidding for education-related work around the Globe.

What We Do

SCHOOL LEADERSHIP AND IMPROVEMENT

We offer a range of diagnostic packages assessing the strengths and weaknesses of individual schools or groups of schools, and can work with you to develop a training programme to deliver improvement.

RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS

We offer strategic anaysis of schools and reviews of inspection performance to identify priorities for improvement.

TRAINING AND CONFERENCES

We offer bespoke research and presentations to suit the needs of your conference, and research and training packages at school, area, academy chain or local authority level.

TAILORED SUPPORT FOR FAITH SCHOOLS

If you are a Christian school, we can provide you with all our usual services but within a specifically Christian worldview if you wish.

SERVICES FOR MULTI ACADEMY TRUSTS

We can offer a range of services for MATs to enable rapid impact and create a flexible approach to CPD, staff development etc.

INTERNATIONAL INSPECTION

A complete service for governments and other agencies, designing an inspection system from strategic outline to detailed methodology and guidance and training.

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

We offer high level support in managing significant personnel issues across the public sector, not just schools.
